Subscription Policy
How Billing Works Bold Ecom offers two payment options depending on the program you enroll in: a one-time payment for lifetime access, or a monthly subscription billed on a recurring basis. The payment option available to you will be clearly displayed at checkout before any charge is processed.
One-Time Payment If you purchase through a one-time payment, you will not be billed again. Your access to program materials is granted upon successful payment and does not expire.
Monthly Subscription If you enroll on a monthly subscription, your card will be charged automatically on the same date each month from the date of your initial purchase. Charges will continue until you cancel.
How to Cancel To cancel your subscription, email us at harry@boldmda.com with your name and the email address associated with your account. Please allow up to 3 business days for your cancellation to be processed. We recommend canceling at least 5 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following period.
Access After Cancellation Upon cancellation, your access to program materials will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period. Once that period ends, access will be removed. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
