3. Eligibility
By purchasing or accessing any BOLD Ecom program, you represent and warrant that:
-
You are at least 18 years of age.
-
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
-
You are not prohibited from receiving services under applicable law.
4. Payment and Billing
4.1 Payment Options
BOLD Ecom offers two payment structures depending on the program enrolled in:
-
One-Time Payment: A single charge grants access to the program as described at the time of purchase.
-
Monthly Subscription: A recurring charge billed automatically on the same date each month from the date of initial purchase.
The applicable payment option will be clearly disclosed at checkout prior to any charge being processed.
4.2 Authorization
By completing a purchase, you authorize BOLD Ecom to charge your selected payment method for the amount displayed. For subscriptions, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel in accordance with the cancellation process described below.
4.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, access to program materials and community platforms may be suspended until payment is successfully processed. BOLD Ecom is not responsible for any service interruptions resulting from failed or declined payments.
5. Cancellation Policy
To cancel a monthly subscription, you must submit a written cancellation request by email to harry@boldmda.com with your full name and the email address associated with your account. Please include "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.
Cancellation requests are processed within 3 business days. We recommend submitting your request at least 5 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following period.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts already charged. Access to program materials will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period. Once that period ends, access will be removed.
One-time payment purchases are not subject to recurring cancellation.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by BOLD Ecom's separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key terms of that policy include:
-
Refund requests are only considered after a minimum of three (3) consecutive months of program participation.
-
Eligible refunds are limited to a maximum of fifty percent (50%) of the total program fee paid, except for requests made within the first 3 days of enrollment.
-
Refunds require documented completion of all program participation requirements, including course modules, coaching calls, and engagement benchmarks.
-
Refunds will not be granted solely on the basis of dissatisfaction or perceived lack of results.
Full details are outlined in the Refund Policy available at harry@boldmda.com upon request.
7. Access to Program Materials
Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the program materials and community platforms as described in your specific program enrollment. Access is personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive.
For monthly subscribers, access continues through the end of the current paid billing period following cancellation. After that period, access is removed.
For one-time payment programs, access terms will be specified at the time of purchase.
BOLD Ecom reserves the right to revoke access at any time for violation of these Terms, including but not limited to sharing login credentials, distributing program materials without authorization, or engaging in conduct that disrupts the community or coaching environment.
8. Community and Platform Standards
Participation in any BOLD Ecom community platform (including Skool, Discord, or similar tools) is a privilege, not a right. By participating, you agree to:
-
Treat all members, coaches, and staff with respect.
-
Refrain from sharing, distributing, or reselling any program materials outside of the platform.
-
Not engage in spam, solicitation, or promotion of competing products or services within the community.

BOLD Ecom reserves the right to remove any participant from community platforms for violation of these standards without refund.
